Q: Do I have to be there for an estimate?
A: No. You don’t have to be there. If it’s not convenient for you, our team can create an estimate while you’re away from the property. We do recommend being there in person for an optimal estimate if you have a job with special requests and specifications.
A: Yes, of course! We’re all about offering you service when it’s most convenient for you. Let us know your preferred date and time when you request a free estimate.
A: Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. For your protection, our insurance policy offers full coverage of any potential damages as well as any costs related to damages.
A: We accept checks in-person at the time of service, or you can mail a check to our office. We also accept all major credit cards. If you do pay by credit card, we charge an additional 3% fee to cover our credit card processing costs.
A: We started as a pressure washing company many years ago, and have now grown to a complete residential and commercial services company. With one appointment, we can clean your entire property from top to bottom.
Our services include: pressure washing, steam washing, power washing, window cleaning, roof washing, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and more.
A: Our team can clean all of your exterior surfaces, everything from brick and stone to wood and stucco.
A: We beat the competition in service and value every time. There’s a misconception that our pricing is higher because we are from Westlake. Actually, in most cases, we are cheaper than the competition. We also offer additional discounts if you book multiple services at once.
Q: What type of equipment do you use?
A: We maintain a fleet of the state of the art equipment, no aging trucks here. Our team is equipped with everything from industrial-grade pressure washers and water reclamation systems to steam washers and tile cleaning machines.
